Every quarter, one room of women funds one nonprofit. Here is what that has looked like.
Every chapter is led by a volunteer. She finds the venue, welcomes the guests, greets the nonprofits, and makes sure the check gets where it belongs.
Nine chapters. Nine women. One mission.

Less is never only about money. It means less resources, less opportunity, fewer connections, less access to hospitals, clinics, or clean water, and fewer laws that protect women.
In April 2015, founder Debra Dion Krischke sent one email to her mailing list and asked women to meet her at a hotel in Cranberry. About twenty came. They raised $1,700 that night.

Once a quarter, for about an hour. Members, guests, and nonprofits serving women and girls, all in one room. Members put their nominations into a hat.
Three nominations are pulled from the hat and have five minutes each to say who they serve and how our funding would help. No slides required, just speaking from the heart.
Members vote. The winning nonprofit receives 100% of all funds donated.

“What can I offer that's comparable to the abundance I enjoy?”
Debra heard that question during a Rasa Healing reading several years after Inspired Women began, and put it in her signature that same day. It is the perfect question, because everyone wants to believe they can make a difference. This network exists to hand them the opportunity.
